Win7を使っているので、
Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 4
をインストールし、
Common Utilities → Debugging Tools for Windows
のみ選択。
しかし上手くいかず…。
Windows 10 Windows SDK(winsdksetup.exe)
を保存し、ショートカットを作成しオプションに/layoutをつける。
Debugging Tools for Windowsのみチェックをつけ実行。
C:\Users\xxx\Downloads\Windows Kits\10\WindowsSDK\Installers
の中にある
X86 Debuggers And Tools-x86_en-us.msi
を実行。
